As the country's requirements for environmental protection become more and more stringent, manufacturers pay more and more attention to the maintenance of environmental protection equipment. At present, the second phase of the 65-meter platform can only be stepped up, which seriously affects the defect treatment and maintenance speed of environmental protection equipment, and is environmentally friendly to Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant.

The chimney of Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant Phase II is the inner tube of the independent chimney of units #3 and #4, and the outer tube of the chimney is shared. The total height of the chimney is 210 meters. According to the relevant regulations of environmental protection, the net flue gas measuring device and dust meter sampling probe of the #3 and #4 furnaces of Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant are installed on the 65 meters platform of the second chimney (the third maintenance platform). According to the needs of the field work, it is necessary to install an industrial elevator that can reach the 65m platform inside the chimney, and can be docked at the 40m second maintenance platform and the 65m third maintenance platform.
