Upper-End Stop with Buffer
At both the upper and lower ends of the guide rail, two mechanical end stops equipped with buffers are installed. These serve as a safety measure to prevent the car from exceeding its designated running pathway in the event of a switch malfunction.
Operator Fall Arrester
The Operator Fall Arrester is securely connected to both the guide rail and a full-body harness. In the event of an accident, the fall arrester instantly locks onto the guide rail, effectively preventing serious injury to the operator.
Manual Descent Function
In the event of a sudden power failure, the operator has the ability to engage the manual descent lever to safely and steadily lower the car to the ground.
Car Fall Arrester
The Car Fall Arrester, positioned on the lift's car, operates within the confines of the guide rail. Should a fall occur, it engages instantly, securing the car in place and preventing it from descending further.
Overload Protection System
In the event of an overload, the Tower Climber will immediately sound an alarm and automatically shut off the power, causing the lift to halt in its current position. The Climber will remain inactive until the overload issue has been resolved and corrected.
