Head Section

Installed with top limit, hook attachment point and top wheels, the head section is intended to limit the travel of the drive unit, fix the wire rope, and restrict the movement of the drive unit and the platforms.

Rail Section

Made of aluminium alloy, the rails are of different length and types including 0.84 m/1.4 m/1.96 m standard section, 2.24 m adjustable section, and 4.5 m foldable section, all comply to EN131 & ANSI A14.2.

Drive Unit

The 550W drive unit is capable of accommodating two 5 Ah, 18V batteries. Equipped with features such as overload detection, power outage self-locking, lower power protection, and an emergency brake mechanism, this unit ensures safe transportation of goods while in motion.

Bottom Section

Equipped with a bottom limit, bumpers, and a stabilizer (ground foot), this setup helps to restrict movement and maintain balance. Additionally, it serves as the mounting point for the drive unit.

Solar Panel Platform

The platform is capable of lifting 4-5 solar panels simultaneously, and it features an automatic tilting mechanism at the head section for enhanced user convenience. The adjustable side brackets and bottom fork enable it to accommodate various sizes of solar panels and offer additional protection.

The platform offers over 30 cycles (10 meters) at full load (120 kg/265 lbs) per charge, with batteries partially recharging during descent for extended use.

Multi-purpose Use

The solar panel platform flips over the head section smoothly, allowing workers to safely remove solar panels from the top. Additionally, the universal platform can be unfolded and adjusted to horizontal, accommodating a wide range of materials.

Portability

With an overall weight of approximately 100 kg for a 10-meter package, and no individual component exceeding manual handling limits, the platform is easy to transport and manage.

Easy Installation

Two people can assemble a 10-meter guide rail in just 2.5 minutes and install it in place within 5 minutes.
